By accessing or using StarterBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you should not use our services. We provide a managed creative infrastructure specialized in converting static product images into professional visual assets across diverse industries.
2. Use of Services & Limitations
StarterBase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our digital visual production services for your business. We focus on practical, commercially usable outputs. While we strive for absolute realism, you acknowledge that digitally produced content may occasionally contain slight visual artifacts. We provide one free revision per asset to address such quality concerns.
3. Content & Ownership
While we transform your images into visual assets, you retain full ownership of your original source images. StarterBase holds the rights to the underlying technology used to produce the visuals. You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final delivered assets for your commercial purposes.
4. Paid Pilots & Refund Policy
All new relationships begin with a mandatory paid pilot. We do not offer free work or demos. Due to the significant computational costs incurred at the start of high-end visual production, all payments are non-refundable once the production process has commenced. Pricing for subsequent bundles is volume-based and will be provided post-pilot.
5. Limitation of Liability
StarterBase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. We strive for high accuracy in product motion and realism but acknowledge that visual artifacts can occur; we provide one free revision per asset to mitigate these instances.
6. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
