We collect your email address when you join our network or purchase a pilot bundle. We also temporarily store the product images you upload for the sole purpose of processing them through our digital production engine.
2. Image Handling & AI Training
The images you provide are used strictly for creating your specific visual assets. We do not use your proprietary catalog images or brand identity to train public models. Your content remains isolated within our production pipeline.
3. Use of Information
Your contact information is used to deliver the final assets, provide support, and send occasional updates about platform features. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
4. Third-Party Services & AI Processing
We use trusted cloud providers, payment processors, and specialized third-party rendering interfaces (such as Google Veo and Gemini) to facilitate our managed infrastructure. Your images are transmitted to these third-party production systems for the sole purpose of visual processing and model selection. These partners are bound by their own data handling protocols and do not use your proprietary images for public model training.
5. Data Retention
We retain generated assets for a limited period to allow for revisions and downloads. You can request the deletion of your uploaded images and generated content at any time after the project is complete.
